    Introduction

Zhu Xi himself said, “The master of respect is to reason” [1], and Zhu Xi’s student Huang Jun recounted his teacher’s Kung Fu discussion, saying, “If you want to know but not respect, you will be confused and stubborn, and you will not be able to understand the truth” [2], which pointed out this point. Regarding this basic skill, Zhu Xi often pointed out its methods from a practical perspective, but less understood its meaning from a theoretical perspective. He said, “I don’t need to say much about respect, but I am familiar with the words “neat and strictness”, “serious and powerful”, “moving appearance, thinking and thinking”, “correcting clothes and hats, respecting and looking at each other”, and then I actually processed it… the body and mind are calm, and the appearance is the same as the same” [3]. This makes the meaning of “respect” that he said has never seemed particularly cheerful, and finally has attracted criticism of “empty burial” [4] in modern times, and so far.     Cultivate oneself, govern the country, and pacify the whole country, and there are few who cannot respect. For example, the “Sacred Respect” of Tang and the “Warning of the Sun” of King Wen are all. But it is the same as respect. One must hold oneself in one’s own family and forget it a little, so one must always be aware of it. After a long time of maturity, one can understand “whatever you want, not exceed the rules.” The only thing that makes one’s life mean is respect. [6]

     

    When Zhu Zi learns the principles, “Wen King” means “to be aware of it The saint of the body is born with the spiritual spirit of the highest wisdom. “Tang” is the saint of learning and knowledge. His mind is the spiritual spirit of the acquired self. “When it comes to oneself” means “respect” in itself; “Original” and “God” represent ordinary people, whose mind is a common mind. “We must use persistence” and “stop to maintain respect” means encouragement to do the skill of “respect” for the difficulty. Only when the spiritual mind is said to be “one with respect”, but the “respect to be two” of the common mind can be seen that this is obviously the source of the skill of “respect”; The common mind is to encourage the skill of “respect” to be difficult to do, and the superior wisdom and mind is to naturally do the skill of “respect” and it is also the inevitable result of “he will be one with respect”. However, the superior wisdom and mind are to have “respect” to be naturally done, and the popular mind is to be difficult to do the skill of “respect” to be different from “respect” to be of similar level, and can only encourage the skill of “respect” to be difficult to do. For example, “Speech” is published:

     

    Guan said: “Respect is to grasp the skill of kung stake, and to be honest to the natural place. “He said: “Respect also has time to capture, and there is also natural time; sincerity also has time to encourage oneself, and there is also natural time to be honest. To put it in these two meanings, respect is just a fear of being afraid and not innocence is just a simple and straightforward attitude and does not deceive. At the beginning, we must not let go or deceive others. When we reach the point of reaching our skills, we will naturally not let go or deceive others. ”[7]

     

    The “first time” refers to the moment when the popular spirit begins to sing, “catching” and “doing it without letting go” means trying to “respect” for it. This paragraph also shows that the mind of the Supreme Wisdom has “respect” and naturally practices “respect” in itself. The common mind of the general is not only in the same level as “respect” but can only encourage the difficulty of “respect”.

     

    There is no denying that because the importance of facing is the popular spirit, the expression of Kung Fu, or the expression of “encouragement to be difficult” that means “super hard” in Zhu Zi’s opinion, is not only seen in the two aspects of the body, or the expression of the wisdom spirit “is one with respect” and naturally respectful 年官网. As Zhu Zi said in “Answer to Lin Zhi”:

     

    The word “respect” is serene, but before it occurs, it is a body of respect. It is not that you know that it has not been developed, and only then can you put the effort of respect. Since we have made every effort to do things, we should respect our actions. However, it is not that the body is established, and the merit of sanitation is not self-important, so respect and righteousness are not two things. “There must be something that should not be correct, do not forget your heart, and do not help your elders.” This mind is outstanding, steadfast and tranquil, respectful and righteous, and not correct, and not the right principles of heaven.
